The Client also agrees not to make any claims against the Provider related to the use of these materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, emotional distress, or any other legal claims, and forever releases the Provider from any such liability.”

Coaching Agreement

To ensure the program is effective:

As your coach, I commit to:

  1. Create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
  2. Encourage personal discovery, growth, and accountability.
  3. Respect confidentiality of group discussions.
  4. Provide tools, resources, and honest feedback.
  5. Support your goals with encouragement and guidance.

As a participant, you commit to:

  1. Show honesty with yourself and others in the group.
  2. Participate fully and respectfully.
  3. Take responsibility for your personal growth and results.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of all group discussions and members.

Group Learning & Participation

The women’s community sessions include interactive exercises, self-reflection assignments, and discussions. These are designed to help participants clarify values, strengthen confidence, improve relationships, and create positive lifestyle changes.

Confidentiality

“Both parties agree to keep any shared private and sensitive information confidential during the term of this Agreement. “Confidential Information” refers to any proprietary or non-public information shared by one party (“Discloser”) with the other (“Recipient”). This does not include information that:

  1. The Recipient already knew before receiving it.
  2. Becomes publicly known (without a breach of this Agreement).
  3. The Recipient develops independently, without using the Discloser’s information.
  4. The Recipient receives from someone else who is not required to keep it confidential.

The Recipient agrees to:

  1. Protect the Discloser’s Confidential Information with the same care as their own sensitive information (but no less than reasonable care).
  2. Share the information only with those who need to know (such as employees or advisors) and ensure they are also bound by confidentiality.
  3. Use the Confidential Information only for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.

Each party can still use and share their own Confidential Information as they see fit.”

Release

“The Client gives permission for the Provider to capture their image, voice, and likeness (“Visual Materials”). The Client allows the Provider to use these materials in any way, including publicly displaying, sharing, editing, or selling them, without any further permission or payment required.

The Client agrees that the Provider has the right to use these materials worldwide, forever, and in any format (now or in the future), for any business purpose.

The Client also agrees not to make any claims against the Provider related to the use of these materials, including claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, emotional distress, or any other legal claims, and forever releases the Provider from any such liability.”

Results are not guaranteed. Each participant is responsible for their own actions, decisions, and progress.

By joining, you agree to hold the coach and the Beyond Change Women’s Community free of liability for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from participation.

Ending the Agreement

If you decide to discontinue participation, please provide written notice to patricialavignecpc@gmail.com. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions or early withdrawal.
