It is a partnership offering deep insight, be a sounding board, help you find answers, offer practical tools for change, growth, and understanding to achieve the results you want.

  • Coaching sessions are approx. 60 mins in length
  • Book your 30 min consultation to discuss areas of concern
  • I will be here to listen to your concerns
  • Discuss what outcome you are looking for through the coaching sessions
  • Get a clear understanding of the expectations
  • Discuss how I can help you and what the next steps, payment, set up times and available dates that fit your schedule
  • Answer any questions or concerns
  • I will forward you an email with the outline of our discussion, send a copy of the contract, invoice and confirm the dates

 

I will guide you to create an action plan to work on your concerns. I will offer tools and exercises to help you deal with in your current situation. I will help you make positive changes and gain clarity. I want you to learn to make positive changes in your life and the people in your life.
